Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days

Upon shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If your tracking number indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check your mailbox thoroughly
  2. Inquire with your building management or mail room
  3. Examine all potential delivery locations on your property
  4. Contact neighbors who may have received it

If after completing these steps your package remains unlocated, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. Our team will investigate the situation promptly and work toward resolution.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
If your candle arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damaged candle and packaging. We'll get back to you quickly with next steps to replace your item. We want to make sure you get a perfect candle!
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our celebrity prayer candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We carefully inspect each candle before shipping to ensure quality standards are met.
