For orders under $35 or expedited shipping options, costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight using current UPS shipping rates. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Most economical option for non-urgent deliveries
  • Express Shipping: Next-day air delivery

Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment. Expedited options available for faster delivery.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If your tracking number indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please complete these steps:

  2. Inquire with building management or mail room - packages may be held at front desk or mail center
  3. Examine all potential delivery locations - check porches, side doors, and secure areas around your property
  4. Contact neighbors - packages may have been accepted by adjacent residents
